01 Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and nova888 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing all aspects of your access to and use of the nova888 website, mobile applications, gaming software, and any associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", or continuing to use any part of the nova888 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you consent to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, or supplementary policies published on the Platform from time to time.

02 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with nova888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a firm, non-negotiable minimum age requirement. We do not permit any player below this age threshold to register or play under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of nova888, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are legally competent and have full capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an account with nova888 that was suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

nova888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed to our satisfaction will be suspended pending resolution, and any winnings accrued during the period of non-compliance may be withheld.

03 Account Registration & Verification

Each Member is entitled to hold one (1) account only. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, nova888 may request supporting documents such as a copy of your MyKad (Malaysian Identity Card), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. This verification process must be completed before withdrawals are processed and may be required at any point during your membership at our discretion.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. nova888 will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact our support team at [email protected] immediately.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the nova888 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking, among others. Supported methods and applicable limits are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your nova888 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where operationally possible. We reserve the right to request additional verification before releasing funds.
• Processing Times: Deposits are generally credited instantly or within a few minutes. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are subject to our internal review procedures. We aim to process approved withdrawals within 1–3 business days.
• Fees: nova888 does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which nova888 accepts no liability.
• Minimum & Maximum Limits: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform and are subject to change. Nova888 reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion.

Any funds identified as being derived from fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activity will be frozen, reported to the relevant Malaysian authorities where required, and forfeited from the account without prior notice.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

nova888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per device, per IP address, or per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled entirely before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• nova888 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through irregular gameplay patterns, hedging, or coordinated play among multiple accounts will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are awarded at nova888's absolute discretion and their issuance does not create any obligation to issue further bonuses in future.

06 Gameplay Rules

Each game category on the nova888 Platform — including live baccarat, online poker, slots, and sportsbook — is governed by its own set of game-specific rules, which are accessible within the respective game lobby or product section. These game rules form part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference.

In the event of a software malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, nova888 will endeavour to resolve the matter in a fair and transparent manner. Bets placed during a verifiable technical fault may be voided at our discretion. The Company's decision in such matters is final, though you retain the right to escalate unresolved disputes to our customer support team.

For sports betting, all wagers are subject to the market rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. nova888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error occurred, where the event outcome was already determined at the time of placement, or where irregular betting activity is detected.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nova888 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or acting as a proxy registrant on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or financing of unlawful activities.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live casino and poker games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes — any such discoveries must be reported to support immediately.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other players or nova888 staff via any communication channel.
• Using a VPN or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure your true location.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the nova888 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, audiovisual materials, trademarks, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform, is the intellectual property of nova888 or its licensed content suppliers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering on nova888, you consent to the data practices described in that Policy.

nova888 complies with applicable Malaysian data protection legislation. We implement industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We will never sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nova888, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

nova888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether the claim is based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your nova888 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures, provided your account is in good standing and all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

nova888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, prolonged inactivity, or regulatory requirements. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the Member, nova888 may retain any balance in the account to offset any losses, damages, or costs incurred.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which nova888 is licensed and registered to operate.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve complaints informally and promptly. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the dispute shall be referred to the relevant regulatory body or an independent arbitration panel as appropriate.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.

13 Amendments to These Terms

nova888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure immediately.
